[WFRP4e System] Extra SL Over 100

My PCs are receiving two SL for every 10% over 100 instead of one.
110 = +2 SL instead of +1 SL
120 = +4 SL instead of +2 SL

Isn't it RAW?

1. If you have 125 and roll 75, you get 5 SL from rolling 75 vs 125 - this is normal rule
2. On top of that you can use the Optional Rule: Tests Above 100% to get +2 SL from 2 full tens above 100, totalling 7 SL - this is optional
