Is Layotto highly dependent on Mosn?

The Layotto is outstanding, and I believe it will be useful in my own project. Thank you for your work.

However, there is a dilemma right now: Layotto is part of the Mosn organization. Is it highly dependent on Mosn?

Is it possible to use other communication instruments, such as Envoy, as the network layer?

Or, if it isn't already supported, is there a plan to add it?
