cvvc collision

I noticed that there was no registration request from CMAF 3rd edition and there seems to be a collision in at least one brand 4CC for VVC.

cvvc was defined in OMAF as: "CMAF media profile for the VVC-based viewport-independent OMAF video profile" and registered at MP4RA

cvvc is also defined in CMAF v3 clause M.2 as "Baseline VVC media profile"

Just briefly checked OMAF and it seems to refer to the CMAF section where cvvc is defined, and then it re-defines that 4CC. Seems like a bug to me.

I guess OMAF needs to define a new one and the currently registered one should be allocated to CMAF with updated description. And we also need to check other CMAF 4CCs that came in the new version.

The suggested fix in OMAF sounds fine to me. It could be fixed in OMAF Ed3 Amd.1, which still has DAM ballot ahead.
