No mpv.conf or input.conf

I installed mpv.net before, and I had to reinstall it today on a different computer. However, unlike the first time, the files mpv.conf or input.conf don't exist in \AppData\Roaming\mpv.net after installation. When pressing the shortcut "c" while using the player, a box appear with the text "mpv.conf doesn't exist, would you like to create it." And similarly, when I press the shortcut "k", I get the message: "input.conf doesn't exist, would you like to create it." Also, the folder "scripts" doesn't exist either in that same AppData\Roaming\mpv.net folder.

How come I had these filesby default when I installed it the first time, but not anyore with the latest version of mpv.net? And how can I have an installation that include these files/filder by default. I wanted to edit the shortcuts, but the input.conf is empty when the program create the file after clicking on the shortcut "k". However the shortcuts do work despite the input.conf being inexistant or empty.
