The google drive access is dead. Our academic institution looks to have deleted the storage account. I no longer have the packaged application, but you can find the original (very dated) source at this repo: https://github.com/notem/walkietalkie-proto

Personally, I would recommend to avoid attempting to collect WT data, if that is your goal. The old repo will need to be adjusted to accommodate the current Tor version, and accompanying libraries. The repository may act as a potentially useful reference.
