Feature request: Exclude bars and window manager windows #151

It would be nice, if there was a flag or something so that slop doesn't select bar windows or window manager windows like the root window or the system tray. One possibility to do this would be checking the windows against _NET_CLIENT_LIST. Another solution would be avoiding windows with the atoms _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DOCK or similar (and of course the root window. Let me know what you think of it...

These are the window types that should be (optionally) excluded in my opinion (plus the root window):

_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DESKTOP
_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DOCK
_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_SPLASH
