Option to disable swipe down to update library

Describe your suggested feature

When using automatic library updates I rarely ever intentionally use the swipe down to update library and it's very annoying since that changes when my automatic update happens.
Was suggested an option to change the sensitivity of the swipe but I think a better solution would be to not start the swipe down immediately when you scroll up, so you have to swipe again to actually update.
