Suggest use of Anaconda prompt in docs

Currently we suggest other terminals (e.g. Windows Terminal, warp, wezterm) in the docs. However, anaconda prompt renders well and avoids all the problems of linking conda to a windows terminal. Also, windows terminal has the header 'Windows Powershell' which is very confusing, I was under the impression it would link to conda nicely as it did on my machine but it does not do this in all cases.
