Only first 29 members are listed

After ugprading to Nextcloud 29, only the first 29 members of a circle are displayed when I click on the "Add Members" button. I see a blank space where the remaining members might go, but they are not displayed. I also don't seem them when I inspect the HTML.

In the left sidebar, it shows the correct total number of members (42).

When I run occ circles:members:list <listid> I see all 42 members.

Any tips?
