Adding a team to Talk is taking too long

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Team under contacts in nextcloud tab
   

2. Add some members to your new group
   

3. Double-check that the members have been added.
   

4. Go over to talk and create a new group
   

5. Add participants and create conversation
   

6. As you can see now the users are not being added to the group
   

Expected behaviour

When you add the group to a new conversation in Talk, the groups with the users are not added to Talk in Nextcloud instantly. However, if you wait another 15 minutes, the users will eventually be added to the group.
