frustraded when have more items in the tabs on the computer screen

Describe the solution you'd like

it's possible add arrows in tabs? i mean prev and next arrows icon to navigate when have more items than the screen size can show.

Add arrows in the tab to navigate

I have more tabs items after the last one, and it don't shows because i cant touch in on my computer screen, only cellphone or computer screen with touch function.

Happy to find this issue, we delayed using the tabs for this reason. Just for reference Antd tabs and github use a dot menu for tabs that don't fit the space:

IMO a better solution than adding arrows. Hope you guys find the time to work on this anytime soon.
