Noto Sans is widely ised by openstreetmaps to draw maps. Unfortunately, Noto doesn't support italic for several scripts and languages, rendering titles of regions, parks and other objects is done in regular non-italic font, which causes inconsistent rendering and confusion.
Also, there is another language that uses Georgian script: it is Svan language, but this language is not mentioned on the Google Noto official page.
