Integrate Google Forms as a service

One of the items in our roadmap is to integrate Google Forms into our back-end so that @HandsomeJeff won't need to create these manually for every TGIFHacks workshop we have. The idea is to duplicate a form template, edit its description to reflect the current workshop's information and to update the links to point to the newly generated forms (see #4).
