Description about the feature
Move UV should support Proportional Editing so it behaves more like the built-in move command.
Right now, the command is very useful in a situation like a subdivision modifier model, but if you're working on a high-poly mesh it's not really useful at all.
Also, the proportional editing should hopefully respect UV islands sort of how the sculpt mode could follow the geometry in it's falloff (although I can't find that setting now... maybe they removed it).
(The UX is also a bit weird in that you select the MoveUV from the menu, but you have to click an additional time to actually move anything, but I know Blender devs never care about UX but since this is an add-on maaaaaybe? The documentation both mentions a sidebar and menu, but I only see an option in the UV menu at the top of Blender and nothing else. Oh, and axis restriction shortcut keys or holding shift down like in the regular move tool doesn't seem to work either. I don't even think the movement is zoom based like the regular move...)
Are you willing to contribute about this feature. (Yes/No)
I don't know how to code.
