Support quick switch back and forth current and last session?

Current i have to open telescope and select session i want to switch.

idealy if we can mark each session by a mark like session A mark a, session B mark b -- we can create mark our own.
then trigger switch back and forth current and last session by zz i.e, and then zza to quick switch to session follow its mark, zzb to session B.

* session here means project.
