Rest not displayed correctly.

When Jianpu starts with a RestNote and the previous staff ends with a chord, the RestNote is displayed as the chord notes instead of 0. The following snippet reproduces it:

I was able to fix it by setting a random pitch on m and q in function jianpuMusic > REST AND MULTI-MEASURE REST, but there must be a better way.
