Feature request : compatibility with outshine extension -- indentation rules

Hello,
i am working with the outshine emacs extension, which enable org-mode features in any buffer, especially org titles. Comments starting at the beginning on a line and followed by stars are recognised as such and can be folded, which is quite convenient.
Would it be possible to detect such comments, starting with (* *, and avoid indenting them ?
Or could you point me to where I would need to modify tuareg.el to enable such a feature ?
