First of all, thank you for the plugin. I have been using it for the last year, and I love it. Are there any other planned features to be added (Like stream deck plus volume encoder support)?

I have plans to add more features and also bought a SD Plus for this reason.
There is also a lot of other features I would like to add, and there are some other issues opened here about those.

However, have been super busy for a long time now, so I just don't have the time. I do hope that this changes soon, so I can get back to my projects.

I come to the news, I have been using the plugin for my 15 button stream deck for over a year now.
I've been considering buying a stream deck+ for a few months to be able to manage all the volumes with it.
I wanted to know if you managed to free up time for this new project or if you have a potential date for resuming it.

Just found this after switching over to my io44. Is this going to be continued, especially on macos? Works pretty well, but I don't see a true mic mute. This plugin is great though, hopefully there's more development in its future!

Not sure about how it will work on macOS, as it's not tested.

Features like true mic mute is not possible in Universal Control (I think), and will therefor not be possible to implement here either. I do this myself through routing.

There is actually a new route called hardware mute, not sure if this is something new as I have never seen it before.
However I have no idea how to test this out on the device itself or in Universal Control.

In Universal Control the Mute button is only a routing, and the Mic 1/2 in Windows settings still gets audio.
(I am developing on Windows)

However, if I enable Hardware Mute through my API the "Mic 1/2" in the Sound Recording tab in Windows settings is also muted. So my guess this to be a true Hardware mute. However, it can then only be activated and deactivated through the API, and I have no idea how it actually works. 😕

Is it possible to toggle voice effects on and off with the streamdeck plugin? It seems that I can make multiple presets perhaps and switch between them but a temporary toggle that turns voice (or other DSP plugins) on/off would be excellent

Everything that is possible in the app, is theoretically possible to implement, but might be hard to do.
Is what you suggest just to toggle the Voice part of the preset on and off?

Multi Action Switch would probably be able to toggle between two Profiles, that would be a simple solution... But you will run out of profiles fast. Maybe UC Scenes can be used to expand this. 🤔

To implement it in the plugin, it would probably be a full "Configure fat Channel" feature, that might need a lot of work before it can be implemented (ex. the io44 has headset mic and line in channels, that does not have voice fx at all). There is also quite a big chance that changing these values will make "blank" set values in the UC dropdowns.
