2.1 Icons!

This update includes a couple fixes and emote icons for attributes, rarities, and spell/trap types.

2.0

The bot now requests all the cards and sets, by default, once every 2 hours and stores them in a cache.
This reduces the strain on the MDM API especially for autocompletions.
That also speeds up the bot by a lot and I was able to improved the autocompletion search.
