Feature: [Governance] Section subsection display - V2

As a user of the Data Space,
I want to see all the sections of the governance rules,
So that I understand the terms and conditions of the Data Space

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Cascading sections

Given that I am an end user navigating the governance page of a data space
And I am using a desktop device,
When a section has a subsection
Then a chevron is to be displayed on the right of the section title in the cascading menu
And for sections with only one subsection, no chevron is displayed.

Scenario: Scroll bar in sub-sections

Given that I am an end user navigating the governance page of a data space
And I am using a desktop device,
When I open a section with over 10 subsections
Then a scroll bar in the subsection area must be available to go through the rest of subsections
And that uses an infinite scroll, that mean the more i scroll down the more subsections are displayed (ideally with no delay)
