This bug occurred in build 2024.45 - build 2024.46 reverts to the old version of researchkit and appears to fix this.

@MMel099 @hydawo We need to determine if this crash occurs in the app store build due to the update to researchkit
@hydawo (this is the second of two issues we need to test in the app store build)

Status

  • We need to know how to reproduce.
  • need to test if this occurs on older versions of the app.

I experienced this crashing when testing the "next" button UI bug on the TestFlight 2024.45 with my Yale Beta Study (staging server) beiwe id nbmlbh5j. To replicate, I would have to start a new survey, cancel out of it and then reopen it again. These are also the steps to replicate the UI bug itself. The survey would remain open for a few seconds before crashing (no more than 5 seconds). In those seconds, I was still able to interact with answer options and move onto further questions (conditional on the next button being there).
