EPOS conceptual model uses INSPIRE monitory facility .
One-off measurements also fall under INSPIRE def of monitoring facility.

Only adaptation needed on the conceptual model to allow having a TRT signature class is to provide a way to dynamically add parameters to the Env. Monitoring Facility (like: SamplingFeature type of parameter)
