AddVehicleComponent - Sometimes not Adding Component

Function: AddVehicleComponent(playerid, vehicleid, Component)

In the last years of SA:MP i noticed this bug on other servers, now i have the same Problem while scripting on mine.
Some components won't add sometimes.

For now i noticed that SIDE_SKIRTS from Cars have the problem.
To reproduce get the right SIDE_SKIRT ID from the Car and make a simple command to add the Component.

Vehicle: Bobcat (422)
ComponentID for the SIDE_SKIRT: 1007

It is a SA:MP Bug, maybe a Bug that can be fixed for the own server-version in the future...
