Summary

SPDX SBOM Generator not working for java maven project

Background

Provide context to the issue - provide steps to reproduce the behavior, such as:

1. Download spdx-sbom-generator-v0.0.10-windows-386
2. Clone repository https://github.com/jenkins-docs/simple-java-maven-app.git
3. Run sbom-spdx-generator
4. Observe the following error:
   Its not showing any progress for 30 minutes only showing "INFO[2023-06-01T15:56:02+01:00] Starting to generate SPDX ..."

Expected behavior

It should generate the SBOM in spdx format

I'm not sure if this project works on windows anymore. We're still working on fixing the underlying manifest parsers.
