Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Data Prepper's dynamodb source does not have integration tests. Thus, we may introduce breaking changes without knowing in the PRs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Data Prepper's dynamodb source should have integration tests. Additionally, we should run these as part of GitHub Actions on PRs to this project.

We should have a new CDK stack for the DynamoDB resources.

Additional context

PR for the testing resources CDK: #3501

Issue for the S3 source integration tests: #3847
