[BUG] Error: A certificate cannot be specified for TCP listeners

What is the bug?

Cannot attach certificate to the listener whose port is mapped to TCP protocol. Also certificate is provided to OS listener and not OSD

How can one reproduce the bug?

Deploy 1.2.0 package of this repo with certificate ARN and port mapping as

mapOpensearchPortTo: 8443,
mapOpensearchDashboardsPortTo: 443,

What is the expected behavior?

Should not throw and error
