Reviewing new pdf document, link: https://docs-int.otc-service.com/document-database-service/dds-umn.pdf
On Page 16 see table "Table 10: Table 3 Common Operations and actions"

issues:

in table 2nd column "Actions" in many rows the content is cut off,
see exmaple line "Deleting a DB instance | dds:instance:dele | When ..."
in table 2nd column "Actions" if list items show up in a row then the text is wrapped, see example line "Instance creation page"
