Blank pages: after Contents part (number ii), number 22, 28, 84
Figure and tables numeration issue: In the web version, the figures are numbered within one web page, the pdf uses end-to-end numbering throughout the document, so on the one hand, the fig designation is used twice, and on the other, the numbering does not match the text:

Another problem, that references to figures and tables on web are within one page, in pdf this looks like it is bug:
