getting error when i run 'docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml build'

I tried to run camicroscope on my local machine, I've cloned the repos but when i'm running "docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml build", im getting an error.
I've attached a screen shot of the error, please help me with this

We'd updated the dockerfile; https://github.com/camicroscope/dicomsrv/blob/main/Dockerfile; switch the tag from v3.11.1 to main in https://github.com/camicroscope/Distro/blob/03fa45bc3ff47f724fe21fca58eac97b8efcfbc7/caMicroscope.yml#L66
