Appointment scheduling and booking system for medical contexts

This system should provide a generic approach for helpwave to schedule and book appointments of any kind. Every appointment has some common properties like Time and date, location, participants. Special medical events like an operation or medical training (after an operation or so) needs some pre-requirements that can be tracked via this system.
