moclojer schema defined in the main library

As of now, moclojer-foss doesn't validate any given mock. We do indeed get some errors if mocks aren't described correctly, but that's not enough.

In our internal product, we do have a schema for moclojer mocks (defined in malli schema) that looks like this:

which repeats on both backend and frontend codebases.

I don't see a reason to not make this schema part of moclojer as a library. This streamlines the schema in a single place since malli can be defined for both clj and cljs, and makes our life easier for future changes.
