This feature is to track next steps in progressing with the AWS Open Data Sponsorship.
We need to carry out steps 2, 3 and 4 of:

I am happy to do 2: that's in progress.

@ModeSevenIndustrialSolutions or @redmikhail, please could you do 4 (create the account)? I assume the account should be created by someone at Linux foundation.

@MichaelTiemannOSC, please can you do 3 - signing of terms and conditions (or else advise who is the right person to do that?)

Would it be possible to complete the action in the next week or so? I think these are quick apart from 2.

Removed the AWS account from the LF parent account - we needed to go through a phone number verification check. The account is no longer linked, and I've emailed the AWS contact asking that they send the upstream ORG invite again.
