Routing engine

  • OsmAnd's in-app offline routing
  • Any online routing provider (YOURS, openrouteservice, OSRM, etc.)

Routing Profile

Bike

Start and end points

I made a setting where always the app flies to some point in hamburg North, and now I can't have any navigation, which does not let me drive by there.
it's like a dotted line to there from my point of origin and a dotted line away again.

Actual route

Expected route

Route should go much more south.

Maps you used (online or offline)

  • Offline maps offered within the OsmAnd app for download.
  • Online (tile / raster) maps

Your Environment

OsmAnd Version:OsmAnd 4.9.10, veröffentlicht: 2024-12-12
Android version:15
Device model:pixel 7a

Anything else?

Thanks for the help

Dotted line means that routing is impossible to the selected location

Troubleshooting:
Please try resetting your profile settings and check if the issue persists:

  1. Open Menu → Settings → App profile (Browse map).
  2. Select Reset to default.
  • if the issue persists, please provide the starting and end points of your route (or the link from https://osmand.net/map/ )

  1. I reset the bike profile to default. In this menu, even before posting the issue.

  2. But it should have something to do with the bike profile, as it works in the pedestrian

  3. Also setting to scooter does not get this weird behaviour. I think a workaround could be too delete the bike profile and import a functioning one.
Is there a way to import the bike profile from a not weird behaving database? Where would I find that?

Yes thats what I would expect. It works when I view your link online. but when I go in my osmand mobile app it does not...
But see the screenshot for what I get instead

@vshcherb What would I need to do to clarify to make your life easier?

@Tina-Chris cannot reproduce your issue
OsmAnd 4.9.10, default bicycle profile, only Hamburg map is downloaded
the route can be easily calculated

Please try to delete duplicates of the Hamburg map
