Wrong "Opens at" forecast for opening hours if closed on specific dates

Description

Before 09:00 AM OsmAnd wrongly says "Opens at 09:00".
After 09:00 AM OsmAnd correctly says that the POI is closed.

Android shows wrong opening hours during the time when the facility is closed (from 20.00 to 09.00).
Same for iOS.
