Hi,
I have installed finalterm on Arch Linux. My PC is MacBookPro with 2560x1600 HiDPI display.
However, rendered text is blurred.

Yes, except that I use GNOME3.

It looks like we have no less than three types of wrong behavior on HiDPI setups:

  1. Cursor huge, text small
  2. Text huge, cursor small
  3. Text blurred

I wonder what the difference between the systems is on which the these problems occur.

Same problem here, also I cannot select bitmap fonts (like Terminus). When I do, the font name comes up in the preferences screen but a standard sans-serif font is used instead and when I close the preferences screen and re-open it, it says Terminal font: None.

Clearly has something to do with font rendering as they also look a lot more blurry and don't respect my fontconfig settings like all other apps.
