Text status bar: annotation count should reflect filtered state

At the moment, the annotation count at the bottom of the text window always shows the total number of annotations in the TEI. Instead, the count should reflect the filter settings: if a filter is applied (tag or selected place), the count should only show the number of annotations after filtering.
