[Feature Request] Model Inference API Support

What motivated you to submit this feature request?
Python has these in their api, would really appreciate some love for typescript since queries come from the front end

Describe the solution you'd like
Just like the python api, support to create embeddings for pinecone models specifically https://docs.pinecone.io/models/pinecone-sparse-english-v0

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now there is a work around using the python library but this is such a pain of a workaround since a custom endpoint and api on our end is needed
