OJS 3.4.0-x has for most locales a two-letter abbreviation.
There seems not to exist a migration process that renames the files/journals/{journalId}/customLocale/{locale} folders to this new naming scheme.
e.g. files/journals/1/customLocale/en_US should be renamed to files/journals/1/customLocale/en upon migration of a OJS 3.3 installation to OJS 3.4.
Affects: customLocale plugin version 1.2.0.1
