linkifying re-encodes URLs #42

I think this line: https://github.com/plainblack/ChiselChat/blob/master/src/js/chiselchat-ui.js#L1250 is encoding the URL when it's not required. Links that have %'s in them won't work because of this, and it trips people up regularly.
