[Feature] Option to stop a transcription in progress + some questions

Please allow the user to stop ongoing transcriptions. Could be a button in the transcription list.

Additional context
I added in a one-hour video which has taken more than a day to run. I would like to stop this specific job from running.
I am able to verify that the transcription feature is working by adding shorter videos, they work great.

Questions:

• How does the model size (tiny, small, etc) affect the performance?
• Does the job resume if I shut down the machine? (for context, i'm running this in a docker in WSL, and i'm not too sure how this would work if i close the WSL instance)
