Crash observed during complete VTS execution of both abis

Vts failure observed while running VtsHalNeuralnetworksV1_3Target with both abis(x86_64 & x86).
It is noticed that x86_64 abi runs to completion, but x86 run crashes after a while, due to some failure in libhidlbase.
