FairPlayTube currently makes use of the default SignalR.
We want to enable support for AzureSignalR.

Create a new branch named "development-azuresignalr" based on the "development" branch.
Modify the AppHost so that it reads the Azure SignalsR ConnectionString and pass it to the FairPlayTube project.
Convert FairPlayTube to use the Azure SignalR service.
