AOTP verification seems to be broken

PTT now request user to verify after registration in order to unlock most of the function. However the only way for public which is AOTP seems to be broken. When redirect to the text sending page, there's only receiving number but without verification code. As a result, user are unable to finish AOTP verification. Could you please check this problem? Here's the screenshot of broke AOTP verification page.

This doesn't look like related to pttbbs source code. I suggest you go to SYSOP board, where many similar cases have been reported.
