We operate parts of the PyPSA-Eur scripts through snakemake. (How to do this will be described in future & full explanations are currently only accessible for PyPSA meets Africa members)
An example of this operation was tested here to see illustratively:
- what data goes into the base_network.py and
- what data goes out it
To analyse this open "jupyter lab" -> scripts -> open the "base_network.py.ipynb" To run the ipynb you need to activate the "pypsa-africa" environment which can be found in the pypsa-africa repo
