Zero features upgrade to sdk 50 #941

We need to upgrade quicksilver to sdk 50, without making significant changes other than the sdk or adding/removing features.

This will allow us to more quicksilver closer to a pure infrastructure product, compatible with as many chains as possible, and non-intrusive.

Boring is beautiful.
