feat: Add option to check tokens

Just like the title said, and also check tokens if prompt is long and add option to check used tokens.

Did you mean to have data on token used per user?

The bot is super straightforward and doesn't use any databases. I can't really expand on this project right now due to time constraints. I'm on the lookout for some awesome collaborators to help out with this issue.
