About the processed data downloaded by the command provided.

I downloaded the processed data and loaded the hdf5 data.

I showed the keys of the shape_pose_cam and appearance in python but I don't know what they exactly means, how to use, and how to input to flame model to get the 5023 vertices data form.

Could you tell the detail of the problems above? Thanks!
