Error in ch11 example file

When we use X, y = fetch_openml('mnist_784', version=1, return_X_y=True), an error occurs:

Huh that's weird. Just gave it a try and it works for me. Maybe it was a temporary server issue? Can you try it again?

Also, just to make sure it's not a Python 3.10 issue, I just ran it in 3.10 and it seems to be fine

Could it maybe be a VPN or firewall issue?

No, I don't use them

Can you try a different wifi? It could maybe be related. I remember in the university on one wifi we couldn't clone from GitHub for some reason.

I tried using a different network, but it didn't help

And I reinstalled the sklearn module, now it installs other modules with openml, but mnist_784 still has problems. There may be an error due to the cache, but the cache flag=False.
