[SSH Connection Manager] Warp connection not working

Description

I'm using the config source "~/.ssh/config"
Using the standard thermal works great.
Unfortunately, it's not working when I'm trying to use Wrap.
Thanks for your extension and support.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Raycast
2. "ssh"
3. select a host
4. Enter

Current Behaviour

Sometimes a Warp opens, and I can see the correct user@host, but I must enter to validate the command.
However, most of the time, a Warp window opens a fresh window with be connected.

Expected Behaviour

Open warp with the connection to the SSH, like standard terminal behaviour.
