use relative path to project root for failed snapshots #93

instead of abs path.
Relative path to the project root should be sufficient for the editor to locate the snapshots.

It is better to be used during repro sharing.

Will fix once microsoft/vscode#237086 is fixed and released.

May also wait a bit until that version of VS Code is stable.
